RETURN PROCESS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and ideally in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 1: LET US KNOW
To start a return, you can send us a message via the chat icon at the bottom left-hand corner or contact us at info@skortie.com. Please state your name, the order ID and the reason for your return and we will send you our return address.
STEP 2:Â PACK THE ITEM(S)
Use the original shipping satchel & pack the item as new with tags. Seal the package securely. Alternatively, if you do not have the original shipping satchel, use any suitable postage bag/ envelope
STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEM(S)
Head to your nearest Australia Post office and mail the order back to us with the address given by us. Please ensure the item is sent with parcel tracking. Send a picture of the receipt with tracking number to us via email at info@skortie.com.
STEP 4: RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
We will initiate the refund process as soon as we receive the returned item(s). We will refund the total purchase amount of the product(s) you paid including the shipping you paid for the product to be delivered to you from our site. However, being a small business, the return shipping cost back to us will be the customers responsibility.Â
It may take up to 5 business days for you to receive your funds depending on the mode of payment used when purchasing
